想登自己很久以前的帐号，提示密码有误，后按页面提示想找回密码，输入邮箱地址，提示“已发送至注册邮箱”，但再返回邮箱却怎么收不到邮件，试过N次无果。特求助版务大人，如何破解？
发送邮件后，收到自动返回的英文提示如下，不懂.?@#*&%2(*??
