祖延血脉鄂蒙亲，患难之交贵比邻。

报李投桃添友谊，千山万水有知音。

Hubei and Mongolia are relatives since ancestors，

Those who help each other in hard times are dearer than neighbors.  

Exchange of gifts reinforce the friendship，

For we are bosom friends in spite of mountains and rivers.
